Operator

Good Samaritan Institute operates RoboVoTech and is the data steward for application, guardian, account, course, and staff workflows.

Applications, Payment, and Access

No payment is collected to apply. Submitting an application does not create enrollment, a sale, a payment obligation, or course access. No card or real charge occurs in the current Stripe sandbox flow. Any tuition figure remains a planning fixture unless separate written terms state otherwise.

Account and Course Access

Creating an account, submitting an application, or receiving an approval does not unlock coursework. Course access requires a separate staff-granted entitlement. Protected materials may not be shared, and submitted evidence must be the learner's own work. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse.

Guardian Consent

A parent or legal guardian must submit and consent for a 16–17-year-old learner. Learners under 16 may not apply through this release; a parent or guardian may request general information without sharing learner identity, birth date, or exact age.

No Professional Substitute

The website and plugin do not replace instructor judgment, workplace safety procedures, legal review, or official certification-body requirements. Users are responsible for compliance with applicable laws, institutional policies, safety requirements, third-party certification rules, and intellectual property obligations.

Outcomes

Good Samaritan Institute and RoboVoTech do not guarantee admission, funding, enrollment, course access, employment, certification, or salary outcomes from an application or use of the website, plugin, account, coursework, or related materials.
