Information We Collect

RoboVoTech may collect contact and application interest information, an optional age range, learner account information, protected progress and evidence, staff records, and Stripe sandbox order metadata. We use this information to respond to inquiries, operate invited access, secure the service, and maintain required program records.

Service Providers and Advertising

Current processors are Vercel, private Vercel Blob, Resend, and Stripe sandbox. Advertising analytics are currently disabled.

Retention and Your Requests

We retain information according to inquiry, invited-preview, security, legal, and recordkeeping needs. We do not promise automatic deletion. At least annually, authorized staff review retained information by category and purpose, confirm whether it is still needed, and document the review and the retention, restriction, or deletion decision. To request correction or deletion, email info@robovotech.com.

Security and Incident Reporting

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and current service. However, no Internet transmission, storage system, or service can be guaranteed completely secure. Report a suspected privacy or security incident to info@robovotech.com.

Applicants Under 18

Applicant submissions are for people 16 or older or for a parent/guardian submitting on a learner's behalf. Guardian involvement is required for minors.

Plugin Data

The RoboVoTech Codex plugin is a local workflow package. The plugin itself does not create user accounts, transmit data to a RoboVoTech server, or store personal information outside the local Codex environment. Codex may read local project files when a user asks it to work on RoboVoTech materials.

Data Handling

Do not place sensitive personal, financial, health, or student records in the repository unless those files are intended for the requested work. Website data should be reviewed and managed by authorized RoboVoTech or Good Samaritan Institute staff only.
