Operator and Data Steward

Good Samaritan Institute is the operator and data steward for RoboVoTech. It determines how application, guardian, account, course, and staff data are handled for this service.

Information We Collect

RoboVoTech may collect adult application data; guardian contact, consent, relationship, and learner application data for the 16–17 path; parent or guardian contact data for under-16 information requests; learner account and verification data; protected course progress and evidence; staff records; and Stripe sandbox order metadata. We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate applications, operate account and course access, secure the service, and maintain required program records.

We use age bands only. Do not submit a birth date or exact age. Hidden application branches are not intended to be collected or submitted.

Service Providers and Advertising

Current processors are Vercel, private Vercel Blob, Resend, and Stripe sandbox. Vercel provides hosting and server execution, private Vercel Blob holds protected records, Resend sends transactional email, and Stripe sandbox supports test-only payment rehearsals. Advertising analytics are currently disabled.

Retention and Your Requests

We retain information according to inquiry, application, account, course-access, security, legal, and recordkeeping needs. We do not promise automatic deletion. At least annually, authorized staff review retained information by category and purpose, confirm whether it is still needed, and document the review and the retention, restriction, or deletion decision. Security and Incident Reporting

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and current service. However, no Internet transmission, storage system, or service can be guaranteed completely secure. Report a suspected privacy or security incident to info@robovotech.com.

Applicants Under 18

A parent or legal guardian must submit and consent for a learner who is 16–17. Learners under 16 cannot apply through this release; a parent or guardian may request general information without identifying the learner. We do not request a birth date or exact age.

Plugin Data

The RoboVoTech Codex plugin is a local workflow package. The plugin itself does not create user accounts, transmit data to a RoboVoTech server, or store personal information outside the local Codex environment. Codex may read local project files when a user asks it to work on RoboVoTech materials.

Data Handling

Do not place sensitive personal, financial, health, or student records in the repository unless those files are intended for the requested work. Website data should be reviewed and managed only by Good Samaritan Institute staff authorized for the applicable role.
