Website Data

RoboVoTech may collect information that you submit through the website, including name, email, phone number, age group, program interest, learner account details, progress state, and certification testing order information. This data is used to respond to inquiries, operate learner workflows, manage program participation, and support certification testing.

Plugin Data

The RoboVoTech Codex plugin is a local workflow package. The plugin itself does not create user accounts, transmit data to a RoboVoTech server, or store personal information outside the local Codex environment. Codex may read local project files when a user asks it to work on RoboVoTech materials.

Data Handling

Do not place sensitive personal, financial, health, or student records in the repository unless those files are intended for the requested work. Website data should be reviewed and managed by authorized RoboVoTech or Good Samaritan Institute staff only.
